Theres even people i send a couple hours of test traffic too and they get 4-5 sales in these couple hours, and when i ask them to bump up the default and very shitty payout a bit higher that tell me to "send more and more and for a week or 3-4" and they will "see what they can do for me".

As for keeping it private. That shows, what ever you're complaining about you're still sending those sponsors traffic and getting sign ups. So they can't be that bad. ;)
If you're not happy with a sponsor move your traffic.
As for not getting your rate bumped for sending a few hours of traffic, this I understand. Rates should vary and automatically go up according to the number of sign ups you got
that month.
I've spoken to affiliates who promised me the earth, if I did this and paid that. I tried it and the traffic and sign ups were never as good as promised. But they never agree to going back to the normal rate. And if you tell them "You will go up to that rate if you send that many joins, it's built into the system, they rarely agree with that either.
