There is no guarantee any of these programs aren't going to dick you sometime down the line. Programs will claim everything is koshir up until the day before they close .. you have little protection. Do your own research, get the story behind the people backing the program, and look at their past history and how they conduct business. Thats the only way to better the odds in your favour.
Though I gotta say I am exceptionally wary of any programs that offer PPS at the moment.
