# racist - based on racial intolerance; "racist remarks"
(I dont think it's this)

# racist - a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others
(a comedy show is not someones beliefs on display, I say it's not this)

# racist - discriminatory especially on the basis of race or religion
(I suppose if a person were actually offended that their own race was being portrayed in such a way that the cummulative effect was discriminatory in their mind, then they could call it racism under this definition.)

So, I think it's CONCEIVABLE that it's thought of as racist to the same people who think Don Rickles is racist. Or who think Futurama is racist based on Mr. and Mrs. Wong speaking in what americans would consider a humourously over the top fake chinese accent.
