Just like having a 6 person support team, and then two additional support guys on call if I need them. So I can have them go in should their be an emergency. Again, redundancy. Making sure everything gets handled quick.

Lastly, one of those guys (Sean) who I brought on to work directly with Konrad. When a box rolls out, he preps the box for Konrad installing everything for his script, and setting up the configuration. Speeding up installation of MechBunny and getting you going faster. If Konrad needs something (add another tube, fix something) he can get in touch with my support directly, get root, or have Sean go in and fix it. Providing good resolution (i.e. no waiting).

Bringing this guy on has been a master stroke. It keeps Konrad, clients, myself happy.
