Epassporte sent out a message a few months ago saying they were changing banks and that everyone needed to change the bank wire info when loading funds.

Well, while attempted to set up a wire to their new bank via my banks online banking, I hit a snag because Epass' new bank did not show up in my banks "drop down menu" of banks for Netherlands or Netherlands Antilles.
I called my bank and they said to go in to the nearest branch and do it in person.
So I go in person, but still no luck.
According to the people at my bank, the SWIFT code Epass lists on that instruction form is not associated with any bank in either Netherlands or Netherlands Antilles.
Then I go home and call Epass customer service. I describe my problem and they---well, their New Delhi Call Center agent----tell me that they will elevate my issue to a higher authority and I will be contacted within 24 hours.
Anyone else having a problem sending a wire from their bank to Epass' new bank?
I've concluded it's one of 3 things:
1) I'm just too dumb to figure it out
2) My bank is too dumb to figure it out
3) There is a problem with Epass' bank and other people might be having similar troubles
