But as soon as they start implementing a tiered traffic scheme, everything becomes broken and that d-bag knows it. The big ISPs have that shit ready to roll out and are just waiting for their chance. And once they get it implemented, it will never go away. That will be it - done and done. Let's face it - while government regulation can suck, a lack of it usually sucks worse (see the recent Wall Street meltdown as an example of no regulation).
