Here's some advice.
In todays business climate ask yourself whether you should be doing business with anyone who can't get back to you withing a reasonable time. They might be on their last legs. You could lose money.
Emails don't always get through, try other means. As someone who can send this kind of traffic you should really be dealing with the boss. Maybe even have his phone number.
Consider if what you're offering a sponsor is what they want. They might be ignoring you rather than tell you straight No Deal.
It's your business and you're self employed. So start running it like that.
If you really want to see sponsors change, name and shame. Keeping quiet is not going to get them to do squat. And letting down your fellow webmasters. Also showing other sponsors what they can get away with.
