He is not the first person to be cussed out by a customer, will not be the last. He was improperly treated by the customer, no doubt, but you have to be able to handle those sort of situations if you want to be in customer service. He snapped.

Prison or jail time is overkill. Pay a fine, do some community service. Funny thing is he will probably walk away from this with an airline settlement, LOL.
