for low cal meals i stick with a protein (fish, chicken, beef, egg whites) and a lot of vegetables or a protein shake with a lot of fruit and non-fat yogurt. it took me a bit to adjust to eating a meal like this without a baked potato or rice or other carb but now i get very full and satisfied from meals like this. spinach, broccoli and edemami are my favorite nutrient dense vegetables and they don't require much heat to cook so the nutrients are maintained.

jack3d is a great pre/wo supplement. i took it for 2 months. but while it gave me focus and amped me up for a wo, it didn't give me the pump other NO's did such as superpump250 or black powder. and the pump is what it's all about, right? arnold says it's better than sex. i wouldn't go that far but i am still sorting out how to get the pump.
