Here's what I do for one of my carb meals:
Firstly, I chip a sweet potatoe and I mix the following in a bowl:
- Cayenne Pepper
- Paprika
- Any one of the Mrs. Dash flavours (depending on mood)
- Olive oil
I then mix that stuff in a bowl, coat the chips in the mixture and grill it.
I don't use any salt coz I like to keep my sodium levels low.
