English is my second language, but I understand it completely. But I think its more a question of culture, mindset or state of mind, than actual grammar and vocabulary. Some may understand the actual words, but I dont know if all would understand the sum of it all put together.
Watching the show makes me feel like someone holding me by my throat and puncing reality into my face with a big fist. It's like the additive inverse of shows like "jersey shore" or "friends"

lol perhaps you have a point but I think the political ins and outs would be the greater challenge. For example, I saw Drop The Dead Donkey before I moved to the UK and didn't think it was that funny. Then I moved here and understood the system they were mocking and now I think it is one of the funniest shows ever.
