I think you meant ALEXA rankings. And yes there are TONS of them out there. Not to mention the filesharing sites like rapidshare and the hundreds of those that do the real damage. Or the surfer forums like pornbb and hundreds just like it.
No, it's a very big deal and doesn't come down to just filing a dmca.
And yes, I have used removeyourcontent.com since they opened up for business and I highly recommend it. No way that a single person can possibly get any work done if they had to chase their content everyday.
