It's easy to point fingers in this case "that fool was driving 100 miles over the limit, he knew what was coming, he should be sent to jail, bluh bluh"...
but what if you go over lets say 10 miles per hour? very easy to do unintentionally.... the guy would pay 100k fine in that case? that's fucked up...
