In simpleton speak its a socialized government, its been this way since 1874 and surprised more people here didn't know that. Austria, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Holland, Iceland, Greenland are also socialized government's but not all of those Federal Constitutions ensure those same rights as Switzerland.
