While there is no doubt this disgusting mosque is intended as a victory monument celebrating the Islamic attacks of 911....... and it is extremely distasteful and disrespectful to the victims of 911 and all decent Americans........ I don't think it is legitimate for government to stand in the way given the right to freedom of religion.
