so your argument is, that all muslims in the world were behind the plot to fly planes into those buildings? and that shared guilt means that american muslims should all be so ashamed they would - do what - avoid the area around the buildings footprint?
or that if muslims were decent they would stop being muslims to atone for that small group of saudis that flew the planes, and therefore wouldn't want to build any more mosques?
