I was reading each post and wondering why Duke Dollars wasn't mentioned...
Personally, their big 3 sites are my best converting sites. They're consistent.
Here's a screen shot of my stats with them for the year to date. I'm not big pimpin' by any means, but if every site I promoted did this... I'd be thrilled.
