I'm not seeing it that way. If the re-pubes try to use this against him, what are they standing for? Government interfering with religion? Discrimination? Intolerance? I have no doubt the re-pubes would
love to use it, but I don't see how they really can. Dems have the law on their side on this one. The baggers are probably just confused and don't know what to do.
