I use a simple IP hider to make Paypal, Google, BBC, Youtube, Amazon and others think that I'm in that specific country they want me to be/require me to be to access whatever service I need. It's a must when travelling to many different countries or I would constantly be locked out, get my Paypal account disabled for security reasons and so on.
