We send 404 traffic to our own landing page as it could be a typo, or our own HTML error. But 403 we currently send to Google, mostly geo ip blocks like Russia and China. But in today's climate we're trying to make the most out of all the traffic we get, reason why we're taking a look at 403 traffic again.
