Yep twice, and doctors told that it is probably one of worst type of pains human can experience. Anyway, there is no way that you can understand people with those problems in case you don't have one. It sounds stupid and like you are a weak person, but this is great lesson to learn how fragile humans are. Also, if you want to shoot someone and leave it suffer, kidney would be best spot
