Affiliates seem to have a better than thou outlook on everything. You are basically outside sales reps. If this were any other industry you would've been clipped a long time ago.

Seriously, his English may not be as good as yours but based on this thread, everyone seems to have understood what he's asking so what's the deal? I've yet to see a sponsors TOS asking that only fluent English speakers sign-up to be affiliates.
Historically, PPS has always been free of having chargebacks passed on to the affiliate so his question is a fair one if you ask me.
