Eight Generatives Better Than Free
1) Immediacy - Tubes are instant. Faster than torrents. Download speeds are so fast that just a few minutes is as instant as it gets in the event they want full HD video instead of a tube clip.

This is not only about free. This is about something that was stolen from you and then given away for free in the same place you're trying to sell the same thing.
If a potential customer can pay to download a video at Hustler.com (Authenticity) or can download the exact same video on Tube8.com (Immediacy) or download the HD version at ThePiratesBay.com (Embodiment), what do you think he will probably do? If he knows how, he is going to get it for free.
I'm starting to think some of you don't really grasp the magnitude of what is really taking place and what is coming next. This analogy was used to describe humans and alien life, but many of you are like ants living under a giant super-highway being built overhead, not even aware it is being built because it is so large and beyond anything you can understand. The big boys who have caused and continue to create this shift are going to phase you affiliates out. Without affiliates, the small and middle sized programs who can not feed their own sites will die. Even those of you who can today afford to ride it out, won't be able to do that for a long period of time. The point is, secure your traffic NOW because a storm of epic proportions is in the horizon and it's going to wipe almost all of you out. The storm is so big, you can't even see it coming and never will.
