I think politics and scandal have been filling up the headlines lately. The midterms are getting a lot of coverage. You read the politico websites and they don't even talk about Pakistan... talk of Afghanistan, but not Pakistan.

I don't know. Maybe it's because nobody can relate? Or maybe people are just getting tired of a new global scale disaster relief fund every six months?
