Back then it was called Global Cooling.. It led to my mom who just graduated via an Gore scholarship program to put solar panels on her house in the early 80's. The two 4x10 panels powered just the water heater.. Never recouped the costs at around 20k. Said panels are now taking up room in her garage. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
