Thanks, pornbeer.com certainly is proving popular and we've had great feedback. It is a unique review idea and is going down well with sponsors and surfers.

Thanks. Certainly choosing a plain text approach with a very strong call to action has worked this month. It has had more clicks than last months. I love how you can actually measure the success of your banners so easily nowadays. The point is to do something different, something that stands out. Hence my "fuck you, pay me" reference.

Wait till you see September's. It's a corker!

Paul, most people make banners to attract people. I was ranting about how shit most banners are. No wonder the CTRs are so low, they are so dull. Don't you agree?

Well thanks for asking Paul, and yes I do. My first marketing job was back in 1999 when I was the Marketing Manager for a dot com called bepaid.com. Then the bubble burst and the company went bust, along with everyone else.

I then worked for an IT consultancy called Camwood. It was enterprise level IT solutions. I got bored of that after a couple of years and went to work for Penton exhibitions - specifically on Internet World. That was fun. Then one day I saw an ad in Marketing Week for Online Marketing Manager for Playboy UK. I interviewed and got the job and that was my start in porn 5 years ago. Since then I've worked for Epoch and then set up my own business offering marketing consultancy to a large variety of customers. Currently, Playboy UK, www.3wayscash.com and two other smaller sites. I've turned away two clients this month, but will have space in October if you are interested.

Thanks for the inquiry.

All my love, as ever

Damian
