Part of having a brand is being able to protect that brand. The names you listed will be very difficult to get a US Trademark for. The USPTO often rejects TMs that contain words that are too sexual or vulgar. You may be able to secure a TM for DickHead Films but its going to cost a lot $.
And since DickHead is a common term you will still have difficulty protecting the trademark if you do.

So DICKHEAD is a term used in the USA then ? Interesting...
Maybe I used the BRAND a little out of place, not sure it would grow to the point where I wanted to TM it... maybe if we did we would then have the money to do so... or come up with a brand inside a brand...
