Does anyone have any tips or advice as I'm new to this.

Basically I need to formulate a system where I can accept payment for adult stuff OFFLINE, either by using a card over the phone, sending a SMS txt, or by accepting cheques or postal orders or whatever.

Does anyone have an idea on how to start going about this? Is there a ready made package I can buy which will help me get started?
