that's not the way it works. if fed law wasnt there. Assuming you have an adult website.Alabama decides porn is illegal in AL and since you are selling it thur the net there and/or allowing their citizens to see it they could throw you in jail but the first amendment protects you.
Also old rand aint no small government or a personal freedoms guy he is just for the government that does the things he wants. Cant say personal freedom and then in the next breath abortion should be illegal. Or talk about government wasting money and you build your practice on government dollars.
