So, what changed? They changed their sample methodology. The most recent poll says, "Sampling for this study was conducted using a Kentucky RDD sample." while the 2 week old poll says, "Sampling for this study was conducted using a Kentucky Voter List supplemented with a new registrant voter list per our in house statistician's recommendation."

RDD = Random Digit Dialing. It is when you generate telephone numbers at random to select who to poll.
