Yes I have.
He was selling off some old box for a good price, and I nabbed it. Paid, and it was delivered a few business days later exactly as he said it was in specs. I know of others who had done business with Justin, and whether you like his board persona or not. I do not think he is a scammer.
Again, no offense to anyone meant. Simply saying, I had good sales experience with him.
