Here we have one member harassing the other, namecalling like, and I quote, but only the "worst" part:
psycho, delusional, weirdos, YOU HAVE NOTHING FAGGOT, EAT ANOTHER DICK
End quote.
Clearly that should according to said rules (#5) render at least a warning.
On the other hand, we also have one member, already in the thread name, accusing another for scamming. In accordance with rule #9 that equals a ban if you don't have/post proof.
As much as I could have a wish for "this or that" person to be banned, I just put them on ignore because they don't contribute to my GFY experience. They don't have anything to add and I simply can't afford to waste my time with whatever they have to say.
Live and let live, but clearly the two of you shouldn't share a room anytime soon.
