Here's the deal:
POLITICIANS want to outlaw pornography. They do it for the votes. You'd be hard pressed to find a politician on either side of the aisle that said they favored the idea of porn.
The only thing keeping porn legal today is a very old document written by guys that wore wigs. And probably looked at French postcards.
On the FCC regulating the Internet: specifically they want to mandate equal carriage laws, net neutrality stuff. Aren't most people here for that? Or are you just against regulation in general, thinking that Comcast and Time Warner and the others are really just nice guys and will always do whatever the customer wants?
