It's a name that looks better than it is I think...most content producers would probably go with a brandable domain, much like any "arts" business that needs branding to stand out from the rest. If it were a high-search generic then I could see it as a highly sought generic option, but you're looking at only 8,100 searches/mo that contain gay content, only 1,600 for "gay content" itself.
That plus it being a down market, I'd probably say mid $x,xxx.
