I would say no... you could build a clone for less than $300k, unless it does a steady volume of sales for more than a few months, from more sources than what it appears to have.
Outside of that, the traffic doesn't support the price. The top site's backlinks mostly come from non-english pages, linking to an English site, along with comment spam coming from mainstream tech/gadget sites. I'm sure this boosts the U.S. visitor count by giving it search listings which will die if someone doesn't keep building them.
