Are you telling me you have 1TB of data constantly changing, which needs to be backed up everytime?

Because if you have some smart catalogue structure, like content > may > update 1-10, content > may > update 11-20 and so on, it would be easy to back those up once or twice and then be good. Once on an external harddrive and once maybe at your host.

Backing up 1TB of data which constantly changes, like a big database of transactions or emails being sent in/out and new being created/deleted that's a totaly different story and comes with a much more advanced backup system.

depending on how much new, expensive or unrelacable data you have/get, once daily or once weekly is a good schedule to start off with.
