Oh they have problems alright. I've seen more than one Filipino cam girl there put her little underage sister on cam for a shit load of tips. Was in one room and the girl could not have been older than 10. The entire chat screen was yellow with tips. Lots of girls using each others accounts too. LOTS of underage Filipinos there.
So yea, they have problems, and it's not about people recording their stream. Its from streaming naked Filipino kids on their system.
