you know you could just do a short "mockumentary" 10 minutes long with no nudity and post it on youtube etc.
if you keep your site non nude as you say it would probably last on youtube as long as you made it plain that it was a parody. considering the blatant parodies of all kinds of things on youtube it seems likely they would keep it on there.
then you have 2 options- use the site to draw traffic for other ads or have a paysite where the sewerside girls get naked inside.
