More Trouble for Montana Fishburne

Montana was MIA for the hearing. Instead, her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley (who earlier in the morning was in Beverly Hills representing Lindsay Lohan) entered the plea in a Los Angeles courtroom after the city attorney's office filed an amended complaint.
Montana had already pleaded not guilty to the original charges of simple battery and false imprisonment resulting from the brouhaha, which went down last February.
