I will tell you why most female porn performers have a short life and males a long life.
They want it that way.
They only had a value being a new face. Their long term value was low.
Many are crap and don't get re-booked.
Some are "madams" on the way up and "losers" on the way down.
Any female who will do it can do it.
There are 100s of females to 10s of males who can do it.
Whether they are or are not disposable has nothing to do with male talent. He's not the guy who makes that decision. It's the buyers and the producers who decide. Male performers also will be replaced if they no longer sell or are a pain to work with. Like in all professions if a worker is no longer producing they go.
