We've considered adding a separate shopping cart product to our offerings. A proper shopping cart is as complex & involved a product as NATS is. Therefore, it wouldn't be a module, but an entirely separate offering.
At the moment we are focused on the new 4.1 affiliate interface. Once that is complete & rolled out we'll be looking at a shopping cart product more closely.
