one way or another, those fuckers are going to know where that car goes if that's what they feel like doing that week.
I'd rather they do it with as few of my tax dollars as possible.
That being said, I'm sure that those GPS whatsidoddles are cheaper that keeping a helicopter in the air for the time it would take to do the same job.
