I'm kind of appalled that there is anyone who thinks this is okay.
With a warrant, given for probable cause, I am all in favor of my local PD having the best technology in existence.
Without a warrant and for no particular reason, actually, yes, I do think I have reasonable expectation of privacy. Irritates me when people take photos or video of me when my car is moving on Hollywood Blvd.
