This isn't a technology piece. Do you understand that sentence? Technology has existed for a long time that makes it POSSIBLE for you to be watched and followed.
This is a legal, government, and privacy piece. Just because they CAN do it, doesn't mean they've had the right to do it before, without a warrant.
Some of you people are just so stupid, it's no wonder we're in this shape. You worry more about whether some homosexual is going to be allowed to get married, more than the eroding of your rights. Sad.
