I'm not in any way suggesting that Score is to blame here, if there is a problem then Score is obviously the victim not the perpetrator. I'm just assuming they had time and money wrapped up in this project that they don't want to see go to waste and it's surprising they are so quick to confirm that there may be an issue here that's all.
