Around here, syracuse area, the indian res smoke shops are in the news all the time. Now they're trying to force non-indians to pay the proper tax to the state as soon as they leave the res. IMHO, you will see "toll" booths exiting the res' before long.
Why dont you quit anyway? I quit after my heart attack. Wasn't too hard. Just by some Pert shampoo with Menthol and call it a day.
