They wanted to be paid before the month starts. I feel this is bullshit. It would mean 2 months paid in advance.

That is why I always pay around the 25th with paypal. They anyway allready have one month full payment in advance.

I pay around the 25th with Paypal since 13 years now.


Last month, I needed a small server, 6$ a month to do some tests. I bougth a plan from webair and gave my credit card number to pay that 6$ every months.


I realize that they used my credit card to bill me for my dedicated server. I DIDN'T ALLOW THEM TO USE IT FOR MY DEDICATED SERVER. I allowed to take 6$/month on that card, not 750$

+ she double billed me this month !!!

I emailed Jessica explaining the problem. The girl is like a civil servant : unable to think. She doesn't seem to be able to use her brain. Emailing her is a waiste of time.

Bad support when I got hacked on my server last month + my actual support ticket is unanswered since 5 days now.

I am giving it a last shot with Gerard.
