if they can't send money back to you out of an e-wallet then we all know Mallick's statement on what happened is a complete lie. VISA isn't a bank, they don't have your funds. if it's the third world bank that shut them down - sayonara to all money and you can choose to suspect Mallick or not based on how this plays out.
