Duke Dollars: Official Response To The ePassporte Situation

Dear Duke Dollars Affiliates,
As you may have heard, ePassporte has had to suspend their Virtual Visa program. Because of this, we have decided to suspend affiliate payouts via ePassporte until this issue is resolved. It is of utmost priority to us that our affiliates are paid on time and that earned revenue paid out is accessible.

Until ePassporte has rectified this issue, we suggest that you login to your Duke Dollars account, and select a method of payment different than ePassporte. This can be done by logging in to your affiliate account, clicking "My Profile" on the left menu and editing your payment information. Please be sure that you check your email account on file after for the payment change confirmation.

By default, payments can be sent via check or domestic wire to US based bank accounts. If you prefer another method of payment, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please make sure your payment information is updated by September 6th so that there is no delay in payment for this upcoming pay period.
If you haven't changed your payout information in time for the next pay period and ePassporte has not resolved this issue, your payment will be withheld until another payment method is selected. Once the new method has been selected and confirmed, we will gladly get your payment to you ASAP.
