One thing I know from working in this industry and being chronically sick ... people are VERY understanding. You bust your ass and if you need some "me time" I am sure nobody, EscortBiz and affiliates included, will mind. And hey, if they do, they're not people you need to be associating yourself with anyway!
And if they're that heartless, dropping in "sorry for the day lapse in responding, my cancer and heart are getting the best of me" will surely put them in place. ;)
